Manish is the Managing Director & CEO of Godrej Capital and has been leading the business since its inception in 2019, building it into a diversified financial services platform with a presence across products and markets, anchored in the purpose of crafting prosperity through fair, fast, and flexible financing.

With over 25 years of experience spanning retail financial services, Manish brings deep expertise across secured and unsecured lending, credit cards, wealth management, and life insurance. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions at organisations including BoB Financial, Citi India, CitiMortgage US, AEGON, and Bank of Baroda. He also co-founded a robo-advisory start-up that was later acquired by News Corp, marking one of India’s early fintech exits to a global organisation.

Manish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University. Beyond his professional journey, he has also been an accomplished cricketer, representing Mumbai at the junior state and university levels for over a decade.
